The grouting pump head mainly consists of the pump head, ball valve seat, inlet ball valve cover, outlet ball valve cover, and steel ball. To ensure smooth grouting operations in the next cycle, please thoroughly clean the pump and piping after grouting.
The upper end of the grouting pump head connects to the air chamber and pressure gauge on one end and to the grout discharge pipe assembly on the other, delivering fluid to the work site. The grout discharge pipe is equipped with a threaded adapter for user convenience; the connection size is 1 1/4" internal thread. (If the threaded adapter is not used, the connection size is M39*×2 external thread.)
The pump inlet uses a mining quick-connect coupling, located at the lower end of the pump head. One end of the inlet hose assembly connects to the mining quick-connect coupling, and the other end connects to the outlet of the grout mixer. Our company uses a 2-inch fabric-reinforced hose for the inlet hose. For smooth grout delivery, the mixer outlet should ideally be higher than the pump inlet.
