Introduction To Grouting Pumps

A grouting pump is a device used to transport sand, gravel, slurry, and water, specifically designed to solve the problems of slow speed, uneven mixing, and incomplete compaction associated with traditional manual backfilling. The equipment integrates mixing and grouting functions using a hydraulic drive system, offering advantages such as convenient transportation and installation, and simple operation and maintenance. It is mainly used in foundation construction fields such as backfilling of buried pipes for ground source heat pumps, tunnel grouting, subway grouting, and bridge grouting. The equipment consists of components such as a pump head, ball valve seat, and inlet ball valve cover. The hydraulic system uses a reversing valve to control the hydraulic motor to achieve stepless speed regulation mixing, and a double-vane pump is used for material conveying.

 

This equipment uses a closed-type cage-type three-phase asynchronous motor drive, equipped with a manual speed control valve to achieve stepless speed regulation of the slurry pump piston. The production capacity is 2 m³/h, and the pressure range is 2-5 MPa. The product adopts a horizontal structure design, enabling continuous grouting without instantaneous pulse pressure. Some models are equipped with an intelligent on-site system to achieve automatic grouting and integrated display of engineering parameters.
