Industrial dust collection equipment uses a turbine fan to generate high negative pressure, drawing in dust-laden air. Its core principle is to use a motor to drive the fan (or fan blades) at high speed, expelling air from inside the equipment and creating a vacuum. This creates a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the equipment, which generates suction.
The air undergoes primary filtration via a cyclone separator, followed by high-efficiency purification through a filter cartridge. Secondary filtration typically uses filter bags or cartridges (such as high-efficiency filter cartridges or HEPA filters) for high-efficiency purification. HEPA filters can achieve a filtration efficiency of over 99.97% for particles as small as 0.3 microns. Dust particles are trapped by the filter media, and clean air is discharged, achieving environmental cleaning and waste collection.

To ensure continuous and efficient filtration, the equipment often employs pulse-jet cleaning technology. Compressed air is used periodically and automatically to blow away adhering dust from the filter bags or cartridges, ensuring the dust collector operates with continuous low resistance.
