Pre-use checks: Open the dustbin cover to check that the dust bag is tightly sealed and the suction port is securely fastened, then close the cover. Check the power supply voltage; if necessary, note the motor's forward and reverse rotation.
Belt replacement: Some belt-driven industrial vacuum cleaners require a new conveyor belt. Open the rear door of the vacuum cleaner to replace the belt. If the belt is loose, open the side door and adjust the control nut to the appropriate position.
Precautions during use: Ordinary (non-explosion-proof) machines are strictly prohibited from use in flammable and explosive environments; filter bags made of non-special materials should not be used to collect flammable materials or ultra-high-temperature waste; use is strictly prohibited without filter bags and filters, otherwise it will directly damage the fan; if filter bags or filters are damaged, they should be replaced immediately and not used further; the suction hose should not be flattened, stepped on, or worn; the rear casing gets very hot, especially after prolonged continuous operation, so be careful to avoid burns; the dust collection bin should be emptied promptly if it accumulates too much debris, and the filter bags and filters should be cleaned regularly to ensure unobstructed flow; if the vacuum cleaner is overloaded, the thermal relay in the control box will automatically cut off the power. In this case, the power plug must be unplugged, the cause investigated, and the machine used again after the thermal relay resets; after work, the power should be disconnected and the machine placed in a cool, dry place. This can effectively extend the service life of the industrial dust collector.
