Main System Of Grouting Pump

This utility model utilizes hydraulic transmission throughout its entire system. The power source is a closed-loop 11kW motor driving a hydraulic pump, and the system is divided into three subsystems based on performance.

Hydraulic System: A closed-loop cage-type three-phase asynchronous motor, designed for continuous operation, protected against solid ingress (≥1mm) and splashing water, is connected to a double-vane pump via a flexible coupling. The system connects to an oil tank, control valve, pressure reducing valve, and inlet/outlet oil filters and other actuators via an oil circuit. The hydraulic pump outputs two paths: one path controls the hydraulic motor's agitation via a reversing valve, and the other path controls the mud pump's slurry pumping via a flow control valve 32 and a hydraulically operated reversing valve 30.

Slurrying System: The hydraulic cylinder 6 uses a hydraulically controlled automatic reversing valve for reversing. The hydraulic cylinder rod drives the mud pump piston in reciprocating motion and switches a check valve to complete one suction and pressure slurrying process. The pump is lubricated by the material being pumped. A manual flow control valve allows for stepless speed regulation of the hydraulic cylinder and mud pump piston, from low-pressure start-up to maximum design speed.

Mixing system: The manual control reversing valve allows the two hydraulic motors 14 to switch directions and stop mixing. The hydraulic motors 14 can be steplessly variable speed. The two vertical mixers continuously and alternately load and unload materials into the mud pump hopper 2 to ensure continuous slurry pumping.
