Operating Instructions for the Floor Grinding Machine:
Remove the machine from its packaging and lay it flat on the ground.
After tilting the chassis to expose it, use diamond or resin grinding discs, depending on the ground surface, to mount the grinding heads onto the star-shaped discs and secure them. Then adjust the outer skirt to the appropriate position.
Lay the machine flat. The four discs will automatically adjust for flatness, ensuring all twelve grinding heads on the chassis are on the same plane.
Plug in the power supply, turn the switch to start the machine, and then adjust to the desired speed. It is now ready for normal operation.
After starting the machine, select an appropriate speed for even grinding based on the surface strength and desired treatment effect.
Choose dry grinding or wet grinding according to site requirements. Dry grinding requires an industrial vacuum cleaner.
If any abnormal phenomena occur during operation, stop the machine immediately and inspect it before restarting.
Precautions for the Grinding Machine:
Operators must wear waterproof and insulated work shoes.
Before use, connect the machine's power supply to the distribution box, ensuring that the distribution box has leakage protection and overload protection.
Please check the power cord for damage or aging; replace it immediately if any is found.
Please use a standard 34+12.5 square millimeter wire for the power cord, ensuring the power cord length does not exceed 100 meters.
Mechanical lifting and rotation are strictly prohibited.
