Manufacturing Process

Tool Body Base

The tool body is forged from alloy structural steel and subjected to overall tempering heat treatment. This makes the tool body strong, resistant to bending and pressure, and less prone to deformation and breakage. The thickened base disperses milling impact force, reducing wear on the tool holder and shaft, and lowering the overall machine parts replacement cost.

Vacuum High-Frequency Brazing Process

Utilizing nickel-based vacuum copper brazing for integrated welding, the weld layer is full and uniform, without incomplete welds or porosity. The alloy teeth have a large bonding area with the tool body; under high-frequency impact and heavy-duty milling conditions, it is less prone to tooth loss, preventing tool damage and downtime during operation.

Surface Treatment

Acid pickling to remove the oxide layer + sandblasting to remove rust + galvanizing for protection. Long-term storage is not prone to rust, and dust and sand are easy to clean.

High Impact Resistance, Less Prone to Tooth Breakage on Complex Surfaces

Ultra-fine grain tungsten steel combined with a high-toughness alloy steel body can withstand the instantaneous impact from protruding stones, reinforcing bars, and uneven road surfaces, effectively reducing tooth tip chipping and overall cutter breakage, making it suitable for various complex base conditions on construction sites.

What are the payment terms?

Trial orders can be paid via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union.

For ODM and OEM orders, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of a copy of the bill of lading.
