Overall Structure

1. Real-time Pressure Monitoring System

Standard configuration includes a high-precision, shockproof pressure gauge for direct monitoring of internal grouting pressure. This allows for precise control of crack filling saturation, preventing excessive pressure from cracking the concrete substrate. The pressure gauge also features a pressure relief valve for one-button pressure release after construction, ensuring safer disassembly and reassembly of pipelines.

2. Anti-slip Reinforced Base

The machine is equipped with a thickened steel plate base with anti-slip textured bottom, preventing slippage and displacement during ground operations. The base has pre-drilled lifting holes, allowing two people to easily lift and transport the machine to narrow construction sites such as rooftops, foundation pits, wells, and tunnels.
