Dry grinding and polishing always requires the built-in dust collector to be turned on. Do not turn off the dust collector and grind without power, as dust will accelerate the wear and tear on the polishing motor and dust collector, shortening the equipment's lifespan.

At the end of each day's work, promptly disassemble the dust collection box and empty the dust. Clean any clumps of sand and gravel from the cyclone chamber. Clean or replace any excessively accumulated dust.

When coarse grinding thick epoxy or high-hardness cement floors, add weights and push the machine at a low, even speed to avoid high-speed operation that accelerates polishing disc wear.

After wet grinding and polishing, empty the water tank and rinse the chassis and water inlet pipes with clean water to prevent scale buildup from clogging the water system.

For long-term storage, empty the dust collection box and water tank, remove the filter element and store it separately to prevent dust accumulation. Place the entire machine in a dry, well-ventilated area, and ensure the electrical control panel is protected against dust and water.
